Zoe
Zoe is the founder and joint owner of Happy Day’s. She set up Happy Day’s in 2019 when it became apparent how stressful it was for parents to secure before and after school care in the area.
Zoe has a passion for the arts and nature and loves being outside and sharing this love with the children. Coming from a background of corporate, since having children Zoe has gone on to study in counselling skills, understanding difficult behaviour and understanding children’s health and wellbeing.
Zoe grew up in the village and now lives in New Milton with her husband and two children, Alice and Ed who both attended South Wonston Primary School until recently.
Zoe is our Safeguarding Lead and is also in charge of marketing and PR.
Emma
Emma is joint owner and Managing Director of Happy Day’s. Emma has worked with children for over 15 years, mainly as a Drama tutor/ teacher and grew up having children in the house as her mum was a childminder.
In 2009 Emma was able to combine her two passions and after graduating from her Masters Degree in Arts and Cultural Management she set up her own theatre company for children. She is delighted to be able to help provide a fun and safe setting for children to attend before and after school.
Emma lives in the local village of Sutton Scotney with her two sons Theodore (Teddy), Ruan (Roo) and her husband. Emma deals with the day to day running and management of Happy Day’s as well as being the Admin and Finance Officer.
