Emma

Emma is the owner and Managing Director of Happy Days. Emma has worked with children for around 20 years mainly as a Drama and Dance tutor/ teacher. Emma grew up having children in the house as her mum was a childminder.
In 2009 Emma was able to combine her two passions and after graduating from her Masters Degree in Arts and Cultural Management she set up her own theatre company for children before then taking over the reins at Happy Days.
During this time Emma has gone on to study and achieve a qualification in Children’s Mental Health and Well-Being. She is delighted to be able to help provide a fun and safe setting for children to attend before and after school. Emma lives in the local village of Sutton Scotney with her three young children and her husband.
Teresa

Teresa is the Manager at Happy Days, dealing with the day to day running and general administration, as well as covering some sessions. She is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead and SEN Officer.
Teresa has worked in childcare for over twenty years in various roles, such as nursery assistant, learning support assistant and SEN support. Teresa qualified as a primary teacher in 2013.
Since then, she has continued her studies, gaining a Masters in Philosophy of Education from University of Winchester. Teresa lives locally with her husband and two dogs (Cocker Spaniel, Mabel, and Cockapoo, Nelly) and has a grown-up son. She enjoys walking her dogs, doing agility with Nelly, travelling and keeping fit.
